We are in the midst of the "habagat" wind season (southwest monsoon). After about 10 days of rain, we finally have a full day of sun.
For the past several days, we have been busy making kites in preparation for the Dieppe International Kite Festival (06-18 September 2012).
For fresh updates, check out the Kite Association of the Philippines community site in FaceBook. It is being maintained by the KAP Chapter in Davao City.

Hi! I just want to ask for the contact number of KAP. I just want to invite them to our kite-flying event this end of November. Thank you!
